Depending on where you live, you may have choices concerning personal information. Brieflin provides this page so you can manage available choices and submit a privacy request.
You do not need a Brieflin account to submit a request. We may need information to verify your identity and locate relevant records. We will use request information only to verify and fulfill the request, maintain legally required records, and prevent fraud.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required, and no account is needed. If such technology is introduced in the future, this control will immediately disable it.
Limit sensitive personal information
Brieflin uses sensitive personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain account and service security, process content at a user’s direction, and comply with law.
Cookie choices
Cookie preferences and state-law opt-outs overlap but are not always identical. Cookie settings control technologies stored on this browser; state-law opt-outs cover processing that may qualify as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, even where no cookie is involved.
Submit a privacy request
Authorized agents
Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted. Brieflin may request proof of authorization and may verify the request directly with the individual, unless law provides otherwise.
Appeals
If Brieflin denies a request and applicable law provides an appeal right, the response will explain how to appeal. Appeals can be submitted here or to privacy@brieflin.com.
